    1. Introduction

    DPS Plumbing & Bathrooms provides plumbing and bathroom installation services across Greater Manchester. All services are subject to availability and a prior survey or assessment where applicable.

    3. Quotations

    All quotations provided by DPS Plumbing & Bathrooms are fixed-price and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey. If additional work is discovered during the project, we will inform you and provide a revised quotation before proceeding.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms are agreed at the point of quotation. For larger projects, we may require staged payments as follows:

    • A deposit upon acceptance of the quotation (typically 25%)
    • Progress payments as agreed at specified project milestones
    • Final payment upon satisfactory completion

    We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.

    5. Guarantees

    All workmanship carried out by DPS Plumbing & Bathrooms is guaranteed in writing. The guarantee period is specified in your quotation and typically covers 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and fittings are separate and subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

    6. Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking at any time before work commences. If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you may be liable for any non-refundable costs. We will always discuss this with you before confirming any cancellation charges.

    7. Liability

    DPS Plumbing & Bathrooms is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any pre-existing defects or issues not identified during our initial survey.

    8. Access and Preparation

    You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area. If access is restricted or the work area is not as described, additional charges may apply following discussion and agreement.

    9. Complaints

    If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly at daniel@dps-plumbing.info or 07875 298163. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.
